Ingredients (8)
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons DOLE Green Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, almonds, green onion and salt in large bowl. Gently stir in pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  2. Line four salad plates with lettuce. Spoon chicken salad over lettuce.
