DOLE® Sparkling Passionfruit and Coconut Shake

You will need

  • 1 can DOLE® Sparkling Passionfruit Fruit Drink
  • 1 can DOLE® Sparkling Lemon Lime Fruit Drink
  • 1/8 cup coconut milk
  • - ice
  • - whipped cream, optional for topping
  • - toasted desiccated coconut, optional for topping


  1. Place the glass in the freezer to chill for about 15 minutes before you’re about to serve the drink.
  2. Take the glass from the fridge and turn it upside down in a bowl with cold water and then a bowl of toasted desiccated coconut to rim the glass. Set aside.
  3. Fill the tumbler ½ full with ice and pour 1 (240ml) can of DOLE® Sparkling Passionfruit Fruit Drink, half a can of DOLE® Sparkling Lemon Lime Fruit Drink and coconut milk.
  4. Shake to incorporate and mix well. Pour everything in the rimmed glass including the ice. You can opt to spray whipped cream to top the drink and sprinkle some more toasted desiccated coconut.

    NOTE: If you want to make it non-virgin, add 2 tablespoons (or a jigger) of white rum in the shaker together with the rest of the ingredients before shaking.
