  1. Layer 1 slice of bread with sliced chicken, swiss cheese, pineapple and basil; top with the other slice of sandwich bread.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add assembled sandwich to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes; flip and cook until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
