
Grilled Chicken and Cheese with Pineapple

Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat sandwich bread

2 slices Swiss cheese

57g boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 basil leaves

1 tbsp olive oil

Layer 1 slice of bread with sliced chicken, swiss cheese, pineapple and basil; top with the other slice of sandwich bread.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add assembled sandwich to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes; flip and cook until cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and serve.
