Venetian Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 inch) pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp green or red sweet pepper slices
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Steps to Sunshine!

  1. Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple tidbits, pepperoni, peppers and green onion.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
