
Venetian Pizza
Ingredients

1 (12 inch) pizza crust

1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil

1 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

2 tbsp green or red sweet pepper slices

2 tbsp chopped green onion

Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple tidbits, pepperoni, peppers and green onion.

Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
