You will need

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 can (1.36L) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • - Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Method

  1. In large saucepan, stir together sugar and water; bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in chopped mint; let stand 15 minutes.
  3. Strain liquid into punch bowl; discard chopped mint.
  4. Add pineapple and lemon juices. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
