You will need
1 can (398mL)
DOLE® Tidbits
1/2 cup
packed brown sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 cup
chopped walnuts
3 tbsp
butter or margarine, diced
2 cups
packaged baking mix (e.g. Bisquick)
2 tbsp
granulated sugar
1
egg
Method

Drain pineapple, reserve 2/3 cup of the juice. Pat pineapple dry.

In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and butter; set aside.

In large bowl, beat baking mix, granulated sugar, egg and reserved juice for 30 seconds, until combined. Spoon into 9-inch round baking pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Top with half of the walnut mixture, then pineapple and finish with remaining walnut mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.
