Drain pineapple chunks; reserve 1/2 cup of the juice.
In small bowl, stir together flour, curry powder and salt. Rub onto both sides of pork chops. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Add pineapple chunks.
In small bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, honey, allspice and cinnamon. Pour over pork chops. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
Place chops on serving dish. Spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with cilantro.
