
Italian Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper

3 tbsp chopped red onion

3 tbsp chopped fresh basil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

4 tsp white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp salt
Steps to Sunshine!

In medium bowl, stir together pineapple, sweet pepper, onion, basil, vinegars, red pepper flakes and salt.

Cover; chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavours.

Serve over grilled turkey or hamburgers. Salsa can also be served as a dip with tortilla chips or spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
