You will need

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peel

Method

  1. In blender container, combine banana, mango, pineapple juice, yogurt and lemon peel.
  2. Cover; blend until smooth.
