You will need
1 can (398mL)
DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
1 pkg (340g)
mixed green salad blend
1 tbsp
grated orange peel
1
orange, peeled, halved and sliced
1/2 cup
halved and sliced red onion
1 cup
chopped nuts, toasted
1/2 cup
crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp
balsamic or red wine vinegar
Method

Drain pineapple chunks, reserve 1/4 cup of the juice.

In large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, salad blend, sliced orange, onion, nuts and feta; set aside.

In small bowl, stir together reserved juice, orange peel, oil and vinegar. Pour over salad just before serving; toss to evenly coat.
