You will need

  • 1 can (398mL) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple
  • 3/4 cup bottled barbeque sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 20 (about 3-1/2 lbs/1.5 kg) chicken wings, split, discard tips

Method

  1. In large, shallow, non-metallic dish, stir together pineapple, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken, turning to coat all sides.
  2. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Grill or broil chicken for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
